My research focuses on the intersection of literature and information technology, with a particular focus on how 20th century drama can help us understand the gains and losses that come with performing most of our lives on online platforms. My dissertation project tries to think about just this issue in reference to what I'm calling 'informativity,' which is a way of thinking about how performativity changes when the bodies that're stylized are electric.
